1. Introduction
CWS NEPAL (Co-Operation Welfare Society Nepal) maintains the www.cooperationwelfare.org.np website (“Site”). The following are the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Site. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. CWS NEPAL reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting. You should review these terms periodically. If you violate any of these terms, CWS NEPAL may terminate your access and/or pursue legal action.

2. Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use and access the Site under these Terms. CWS NEPAL may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without prior written consent.

3. Site Operation
Nepal is our Country of Domicile. CWS NEPAL controls this Site from Nepal and makes no representation that it is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions. Users accessing from other countries are responsible for complying with local laws.

4. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. All disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within Nepal.

5. Multi-Currency Priced Transaction
The price and currency selected at checkout will be reflected on the transaction receipt and charged to your payment method accordingly.

6. Purchases
CWS NEPAL accepts Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in NPR (Nepali Rupees). All online purchases are subject to the terms of the respective payment gateway providers. Please review their privacy and user policies. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

7. Representations by You
By using the Site, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• All materials submitted by you do not infringe on third-party rights.

• Users under 18 are not allowed to register or transact on the Site.

8. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site for personal use only unless otherwise permitted by CWS NEPAL. You may not duplicate, publish, or deep-link to the Site without permission.

9. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. CWS NEPAL is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

17. License Granted to You

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

19. Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and processed within 15 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds must be claimed within 24 hours of payment. No refunds are provided once project work has started.

20. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful donation, a receipt will be sent to the customer via email.

21. Cancellation Policy
Transactions cannot be canceled once successful. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours via the original payment method. After that, or once work has commenced, refunds are not applicable.

22. Compliance with International Laws
CWS NEPAL will not provide services to entities from sanctioned countries or those listed under OFAC regulations, in accordance with Nepalese law.
